Job SummaryUnder direct supervision, ensure the efficient operation of basic mold room equipment and machinery.Job DescriptionMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESSet molds, startup and shut down injection molding machines, and understand basic injection molding machine functions  as specified by work order or setup parameter sheet  meeting all requirements such as correct sequence, proper setup, shutdown, mold storage, and lockout-tag out procedures.Complete basic troubleshooting and escalate complex problems.Write maintenance work orders for part quality and general machine issues.Identify and document process parameters (such as hot runner controls).Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$25.25 - $35.25 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
