Remote Speech Language Pathologist-North Carolina

This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver speech and language therapy using innovative digital platforms, ensuring quality care and support for individuals across diverse populations and settings.
Responsibilities:

Teletherapy Sessions: Conduct remote assessment, diagnosis, and treatment sessions for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals, focusing on improving communication skills, articulation, language development, fluency, and swallowing function.

Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, provide recommendations, and ensure continuity of services.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of sessions and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in speech-language pathology, with teletherapy experience highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote therapy sessions.
