We are looking for Junior Sous Chefs to join them in Somerset at the World's Best Boutique Hotel

Who are we?

After opening in 2019, The Newt in Somerset has been undergoing rapid development into what is is today - a luxury country estate with 4 restaurants, multiple kitchens, acres of vegetable fields and an onsite butchery, bakery and creamery. Our chefs work with some of the freshest and high-quality produce in the UK to produce incredible dishes for out hotel guests and over 50,000 members.
