They troubleshoot and resolve workflow and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in the development and implementation of solutions to prevent future incidents, and provide guidance on workflow and system improvements. They review and perform validation of changes, new enhancements, or features and make best practice recommendations to stakeholders regarding implementation options. new software, application, or code releases and provide feedback on system performance and usability. The analyst must have a thorough understanding of healthcare as well as technical expertise in the relevant systems and technologies.
