The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about helping others.Key Responsibilities: Manage the medical workup of personal injury cases from intake through litigation. Review and interpret medical records and reports to support case development. Assist clients with property damage claims and coordinate related documentation. Open and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through. Conduct case intake and background research to support legal strategy. Contact and interview witnesses to obtain statements and build case files. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case progression. Maintain organized case files and uphold strict confidentiality standards.Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury case management. Strong understanding of personal injury processes, including litigation support. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment.
