Shift: Nights/ 6p-6:30a, 12x4, 48hrs/week, will accept 36's, EOWLength: 13 Weeks
Requirements: 
  • IN license
  • 2 years' experience
  • Med/Surg, pre/post neuro surgery, total joint replacements, Trauma Level I, II, III, or IV, IV Start required
  • BLS, NIH
  • Ortho trauma, & interpretation/management of dysrhythmias preferred
  • ACLS preferred

Shift Requirements: 3x12 or 4x12 NightsEvery other weekend
Will work with RN to balance preference and unit needs
Certification Requirements: BCLS, NIH required. ACLS preferred

Skillset Requirements: Med/Surg, pre/post neuro surgery, total joint replacements, Trauma Level I, II, III, or IV, IV Start required. Ortho trauma, & interpretation/management of dysrhythmias preferred

Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6Minimum Experience Required: 18 months
