Job Title: Special Education Teacher - Polo, Illinois

Position Type: Full-Time (Onsite Only)

Level: Middle School and High School

School Year: 24-25 School Year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to students at the middle school and high school levels.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to inform instructional strategies and student progress.
  • Implement accommodations and modifications to support student learning and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Illinois Special Education Teacher Certification.
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Duration: Full-Time for the 24-25 School Year

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
