Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a rewarding opportunity to empower young learners of all ages? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a heart for helping students overcome communication challenges? If so, Soliant Education wants to hear from you

This is an ASAP interview opportunity for the 24/25 school year In this full-time, in-person role, you will play a vital role in supporting students across a K-12 caseload in the Novi, MI area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific goals.
  • Deliver effective therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based strategies to address a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students' communication development.
  • Track student progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to optimize results.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Valid Michigan State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a K-12 school population in a clinical setting (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of child development and communication disorders across various age groups.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for fostering communication success in students.
