Position Overview: Soliant is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our team in a school environment. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students improve their communication skills and reach their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in delivering speech and language therapy to students.
- Follow treatment plans and provide direct therapy services as directed.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities.
- Monitor and document student progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student needs.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in MA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
