Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome communication and swallowing disorders through personalized therapy programs. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's specific needs and goals.
  • Implement therapy interventions using evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
