Kindergarten Teacher

Pay Range: $27+/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that align with curriculum standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in young learners.
• Assess and monitor student progress through observations and assessments.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student performance and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Engage in continuous improvement and reflective teaching practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification for Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the well-being of students.
• Creative and adaptable teaching methods.
