School Psychologist Needed Near Bedford, TX

Soliant has partnered with a great school district near Bedford, TXto find a School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. The School Psychologist will work collaboratively with school personnel, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive psychological services to students with special needs.

Description of Position:

  • Full time
  • Full 24/25school year
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, community members, private agencies and others to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Take initiative to promote a respectful environment for diverse populations, use knowledge of school environments, child development, curriculum, and instruction to improve student achievement.
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based interventions and strategies to promote positive behavior and academic achievement

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
  • Must Have State License and Certification at time of appointment
  • Experience working with children with special needs in a school or clinical setting
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological assessments, interventions, and strategies
