BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our Big Island, Hawaii team. BAYADA special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Compensation and Schedule:

  • Competitive pay with a weekly pay schedule

Our support professionals deliver exceptional support and care to all clients.

  • Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments
  • Spend time on the favorite hobbies and activities of the client

Qualifications for our support professionals:

  • One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
