Job Description:
This role is with Women's Global running apparel - Experience in women's apparel is a must. 
Will be working with footwear teams so some crossover is nice but bulk of experience needs to come from apparel.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in merchandising, product creation, and or retail, in a vertical or wholesale environment
  • Footwear, apparel and/or equipment merchandising experience
  • Understanding of retail key performance indicators and profit based metrics
  • Strong strategy building skills that shape the future of the business
  • Effective communicator that collaborates and brings people together
  • Provides direction and mentorship to teammates
  • Values differences and builds strong relationships with high cultural awareness
  • Proven balance of art and science in decision-making
  • Self-directed, independent, and dedicated

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
  • As a Merchant you will enable the strategizing, building, and managing of global 3-year line plans and product journeys cross-functionally.
  • A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools and assortments.
  • Enabling this effort will be the development of key relationships among cross-functional teammates, comfort with research and analysis, along with a genuine curiosity and commitment to learn and evolve.
