Speech Language Pathologist

Soliant Health is partnering with a reputable school district in Bolivia, North Carolina, to hire a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Employment Type: Onsite
- Caseload: Primarily elementary age students
Responsibilities: As an SLP, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Providing direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Monitoring and documenting students' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on students' goals and objectives
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in North Carolina
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not mandatory for consideration
- Experience working with elementary age students is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
