You will handle insurance defense, creditors’ rights, and civil litigation matters, while gaining mentorship and hands-on experience in a wide range of practice areas.Responsibilities:∙ Support litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense and creditors’ rights∙ Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs∙ Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials under partner supervision∙ Assist in managing discovery and case strategy development∙ Provide proactive client service to HOA/community association and business clientsYou should have the following:∙ JD and Arizona Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)∙ 0–3 years of experience in litigation, insurance defense, or creditors’ rights (training provided)∙ Strong legal writing and research skills∙ Interest in civil litigation, real estate, or community association law∙ Desire to learn and grow within a collaborative teamInterested in hearing more?
