Generous PTO and holiday schedule Remote flexibility and hybrid work options Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and 401(k)Job DetailsResponsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of associates and managers in executing R&D tax credit studies Oversee client engagements, including high-level interviews and technical discussions Conduct quality reviews across all phases of R&D projects Monitor team performance metrics and ensure timely project delivery Collaborate with leadership to improve operational workflows and project efficiency Serve as the primary technical resource for team inquiries and client support Drive training initiatives and support professional development across the teamQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area of study 5+ years R&D project management experience 2+ years personnel management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with client-facing consulting in tax or financial servicesInterested in hearing more?
