Business Management Trainee

Our San Diego-based company is actively recruiting candidates for our Business Management Trainee program. You will begin with a foundational mastery of direct sales and customer acquisition before transitioning into leadership, campaign strategy, and business operations. We seek future leaders who are ready to roll up their sleeves, master the art of the 5G solutions pitch, and demonstrate the aptitude to manage a successful sales campaign. This isn’t just an internship; it's an intensive, ground-floor opportunity to learn the mechanics of a thriving industry. Also, the Business Management Trainee is a performance-driven role where the pace of advancement is completely in your hands. The Business Management Trainee is expected to work on: Master the full sales cycle by engaging in customer-facing interactions and actively selling AT&T products and services to new customers. Acquire, on behalf of AT&T, new business and residential customers through direct marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on 5G internet and TV bundles. Conduct one-on-one training and coaching sessions with new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge. Assist the management team in campaign organization, event logistics, and territory planning. Analyze daily sales data and metrics to help develop more effective, results-driven strategies. Oversee a small team, acting as a direct leader and motivator to ensure team-wide sales goals are met. Participate in client meetings to understand campaign development and reporting, maintaining a professional customer-facing image. Take on operational tasks, including inventory management, contract review, and sales reporting.
