**Job Description:**
As a Full-Time Intervention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing targeted support to students with special needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborating with general education teachers to ensure the integration of students with special needs into mainstream classrooms.
- Providing direct instruction and interventions to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Assessing student progress and adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success.
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Valid Intervention Specialist licensure for the state of Ohio.
- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
