Shift:  Days, 7a-5p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, Call per unit needs, with weekendsLength: 13 weeks
Requirements:
  • KS License
  • 2 Years’ Experience
  • 1 Year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA  ACLS
  • CCRN preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred
other details:
  • Floating may be required to other facility location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment

COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
               • All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
               • Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
                              o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
                              o 1 dose bivalent vaccine
 
               • Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
               • Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
