Job Opportunity: Special Education Teacher - Full Time (Sharpsburg, NC Area)

Location: Sharpsburg, North Carolina
Company: Soliant Education
Position Type: Full Time (35 hours/week)
End Date: June 10th, 2024 (last mandatory workday)
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour

Soliant Education is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers for multiple positions in the Sharpsburg, NC area. These are full-time resource classroom positions, offering a supportive environment where youll help students reach their full potential.

Available Positions:
  • 2 Elementary School Positions
  • 3 Middle School Positions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction and support to students in a resource classroom setting.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet educational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Valid North Carolina teaching license in Special Education.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with elementary or middle school students in a resource classroom is a plus.
