Job Description:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position in the Townsend, DE area. This role involves working with K-12 students for the 2024-2025 school year. Interviews will be conducted ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
  • Provide counseling and support to students, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support student learning and emotional well-being.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on student behavior and mental health.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and provide emergency support as needed.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Active School Psychologist certification in the state of Delaware.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting.
