We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in West Virginia. This position is fully virtual, offering the opportunity to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to develop individualized plans to support students' needs.
- Provide virtual counseling and intervention services to address students' behavioral and emotional concerns.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' educational goals and accommodations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to promote positive behavior and mental health awareness.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in West Virginia.
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably in a virtual or teletherapy capacity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a virtual work environment and utilize technology effectively for assessments and interventions.
