You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, purchasing goods and services, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms for goods and services.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and budgetary constraints.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Monitor vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Maintain updated vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounting roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
