The Role:

In this hands-on position, you'll play a vital role in our production process, crafting high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Precisely bending heated vinyl extrusions using various formers and tooling to create curved window shapes. 
• Independently managing multiple production tables or collaborating with teammates to achieve production goals. 
• Utilizing strong measurement skills to ensure product accuracy.

Who We're Looking For:

• A motivated individual with a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Bonus points: Prior experience in manufacturing or using a tape measure.
