Competitive pay Health benefits 401(k) Paid weekly Great work environmentJob DetailsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Processor to join a well-established financial institution in the Fresno area. This role supports the lending team by managing loan documentation, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring timely and accurate loan processing.Key Responsibilities: Review incoming loan application packages for completeness and accuracy. Conduct credit checks and prepare loan estimates for internal review. Coordinate the preparation and delivery of loan documents to borrowers. Manage the loan funding process, including document verification and communication with all parties involved. Maintain organized and audit-ready borrower files. Liaise with title companies, appraisers, and other third-party vendors. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Support timely loan closings and disbursements. Respond to inquiries from borrowers and internal teams professionally and promptly. Track and document all communications and updates related to loan files. Assist with internal refinance processes and departmental support tasks.Qualifications: Prior experience in loan processing or a related financial services role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with lending regulations and documentation standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
