Human Intelligence Support

Key Role:

Provide oversight, management, and support to a broad spectrum of complex sensitive programs and activities in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Support. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in briefing seniors regarding defense and HUMINT support. Assist with drafting, revising, and updating policyrelated to the defense client. Prepare for the review and consideration of all nomination packages and manage the internal coordination. Prepare letters of appointment and introduction and manage the coordination process of obtaining the required signatures. Serve as the liaison keeping leadership informed of issues. Organize, facilitate, and manage program content, and coordinate support and participation from government agencies and departments. Assist in policy development and execution of oversight management missions where required. Assist with planning, directing, and coordinating the development of policiesrelated to HUMINT and defense, and support for issues that require short notice information and decision support requirements for senior leaders. Gather, synthesize, review, or prepare background information and read ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence and intelligence-relatedpolicy, program, and activity support to defense and HUMINT support. Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of defense and HUMINT support.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience assisting with policy development for DoD HUMINT operations
  • 3+ years of experience with oversight activities, reviews, and reports of DoD HUMINT operations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience providing support at the headquarters or above level

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
