Job Title: Primary Care Physician

Certification: MD, DO

Specialty: Primary Care

Setting: Outpatient

Credential Requirements: Board Eligible, BLS, CA Medical License, DEA License, Board Certification, ACLS

Scheduling & Logistics

PT/FT: Full Time

Order Type: Permanent

Shift: Schedule & Shift: M-F 8a-5p + Call: 3 weeks/yr + Secondary Back-up Call: Additional 3 weeks/yr

Hours per Week: 40

Housing Notes: Flight

Transportation Notes: Yes
