Position Summary:

Toyota Material Handling is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the Warranty Department as a Warranty Analyst.

The Warranty Analyst will provide excellent customer support to the Toyota dealer network and drive improvements in product quality through collaboration with Toyota OEMs. Dealer customer support activities include providing warranty claim transactional support and problem-solving warranty-related issues. Other responsibilities include pulling data from databases to support management decisions, supporting campaign activities, and providing training to the Dealer network.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience giving presentations

Essential Position Duties:

  • Adjudication of warranty claims.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing warranty data for analysis.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Support the generation of regular reports on warranty performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information.
  • Learn and apply root cause analysis techniques under supervision.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree is recommended.
  • Experience with providing customer or dealer communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAP is a plus.
