Specialty: Primary Care

Setting: Outpatient

Credential Requirements: KY Medical License , DEA License, Board Certification

Minimum Yrs. Experience: 2

Scheduling & Logistics

PT/FT: Part Time

Order Type: Locum Tenens

Shift: Thursday 1:00p-7pm Friday 8am-2pm

Days Per Week: 2

Hours per Week: 40

Housing Notes: Expenses Not Covered

Transportation Notes: No
