Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p (12x3) 36 hours per week, Holiday required

Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend may require every other weekend, unit needs vary throughout the week

Requirements: 
  • LA License
  • 2 years experience
  • Malignant Hematology/BMT experience or oncology experience
  • EPIC experience required
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • ONS chemo/immunotherapy course
  • CPI preferred
Other Details:
  • May float if BMT census drops
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
  • Must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is a "Local"
MALIGNANT HEMATOLOGY/BMT EXPERIENCE OR ONCOLOGY EXP REQUIRED

EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
