Pay Rate: $19.28 / hour Duties: As a yard driver, you will work in the truck yard to organize tractor-trailers and ensure trailers are shifted on and off the dock. CDL is not required, BUT a plusStand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shiftMaintain a safe and clean workspace throughout the duration of your shiftEffective communication skills and team work. Position Requirements: Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistanceVisual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructionsAbility to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian trafficAbility to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid paceAbility to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoesFlexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment  Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
