Position Overview: We are currently looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in an on-site school-based role. As an integral part of our staff, you will have the opportunity to directly interact with students, collaborate with educators, and play a vital role in shaping the communication skills of our diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
  • Provide on-site therapy sessions to address students' speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress
  • Attend team meetings, participate in school-wide initiatives, and contribute to students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license in Indiana to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
