Overview:
Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Prince George, VA We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SLP to work with elementary-aged students. In this role, youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students lives by addressing their communication needs and supporting their academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address students specific needs.
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help set realistic, measurable goals for student success.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Virginia state SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working with elementary school students is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
