Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will work in a collaborative school environment, supporting students with various disabilities and helping them overcome barriers to their academic success. This position offers a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' motor and sensory skills to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their academic and functional goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including fine and gross motor activities, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other special education professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in MA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
