We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals who are looking to return to the workforce after a current career break of 2+ years The Northrop Grumman iReturn Program provides experienced professionals with internal support, mentors, professional development, networking opportunities and connections with other iReturning employees and is committed to supporting participants as they assimilate back into the workforce.

iReturn is inclusive of all disciplines across our Rolling Meadows, Illinois facility to include Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Management, and many more

Basic Qualifications:

Current career break of at least 2 years

US Citizenship

Salary Range: $84,600 - $127,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
