Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for an exciting opportunity in the beautiful city of Puyallup, WA? Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated PT to join our team for a full-time contract position. As a contractor with Soliant, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in students' lives while enjoying the flexibility and support of a leading educational staffing company.

Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to work in Puyallup, WA schools. In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to students with diverse needs, helping them achieve their educational and developmental goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services to students, addressing motor skills, mobility, and functional limitations.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and developmental progress.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students' strength, coordination, and balance.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for student goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
