We are hiring a licensedclinical social worker to join our growingphysician-leadgeriatrics practice.

Compensation:Starting at $78,000 per year, commensurate with experience(includes base + bonus +incentive)

What you willneed:

  • Social Work degree(BSW or MSW) required
  • Clinically LicensedSocial Work – highest licensure in the state -required
  • Minimum of three years of social workexperience is required (In a health care settingpreferred)
  • Knowledge of geriatric population,case management and dementia preferred
