This role is essential in reviewing, preparing, and finalizing customer files for high-volume print production.Important: Candidates must have prior experience working with offset web presses or in a commercial print environment. This is not a remote, digital-only, or creative design role.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and prepare customer artwork to meet offset web press specificationsCreate print-ready PDF files and proofs using industry-standard toolsVerify that job files match client instructions and internal production ticketsFlag issues and collaborate with customer service reps to resolve discrepanciesAssist with plate-making and prepress tasks for the Press DepartmentWhat You’ll NeedDirect experience with offset web presses or in a print production/prepress roleProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and AcrobatFamiliarity with Prinergy and standard Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructionsExcellent communication and time management skillsMust be on-site Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm (no remote work)Interested in hearing more?
