Progressive Primary Care Practice seeking Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Certified Nurse Practitioner. Broad range of Primary Care services offered at our practice. Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, obtaining patient histories, and performing physical examinations.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostical tests such as laboratory tests, EKGs, imaging procedures, and other necessary tests.
- Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician.
- Prescribing and administering medications, including intravenous therapies and blood products, as appropriate, and monitoring patient response to therapy.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate and complete medical records, including progress notes, patient data, and treatment plans as per policy.
