Job Description: As a Middle School ELA Teacher, you'll inspire students' love for reading and writing. Develop engaging lessons aligned with state ELA standards, and foster a positive classroom culture where students feel valued and empowered.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans aligned with state ELA standards
- Utilize various teaching strategies to meet students' diverse learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Valid teaching certification in ELA
- Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum and literacy instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
