Position: Full-Time, On-Site School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) -Hiring CFY and CCC

Location: Algonquin, Illinois

Setting: Full Time, On Site

Caseload: TBD, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide therapy individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
  • Monitor and adjust therapy based on student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Complete progress notes and manage Medicaid billing.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • M.A./M.S. or Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or in their CFY year.
  • Illinois State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
