Responsibilities Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department at multiple locations as needed in the Reno and Sparks, NV areaResponsible for care of urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, critical care, and trauma patients12-hour night shifts with variable days and shift locations based on department needsNo on-call required, but on-call open shifts may be picked up voluntarilyCerner EMR system experience requiredManage critical care interventions including medication titrations, arterial lines, mass blood transfusions, and chest tubesCoordinate and deliver complex nursing care to ensure safety and high-quality outcomesRequired to submit two professional references, with at least one from the most recent employerED team environment with a focus on high acuity patient careCOVID and flu vaccination documentation required Requirements Active NV RN license with no pending statusMinimum 2 years recent ER experience in a United States hospitalCertifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and CPI (AHA only)Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN programBSN highly desiredMust live at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals accepted)Must provide proof of US Social Security Number Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-633768.
