As a Reception & Events Manager you will be leading and supporting our front of house team onboard a luxury Cunard ship. You will help to develop and empower your team to resolve guest queries in a professional and efficient manner.

To join Cunard in this fantastic role you must have the following:

  • Ability to speak and write in fluent English
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering exceptional Guest service
  • Experience of managing a team in a customer facing role (onboard a cruise ship environment is advantageous)
  • Previous experience of managing a team in a customer facing role preferably in a hotel or ship
    environment.
