Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Overview: Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a school setting. As an OT, you will work with students to help them develop and improve the skills needed for daily living and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to enhance students' motor skills, coordination, and daily living abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in TX.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
