Our Dayton facility is our largest, with over 100 machines, a strong pipeline of work, and major retirements creating real growth opportunities.Why join us? 4-day workweek options and multiple shift choices 15% shift differential + strong hourly pay Benefits start day one, including dental and life Stable, growing facility with advanced machinery Career growth into CNC operation and moreJob DetailsJOB DETAILS Position: Jig Grinder (CNC) – all shifts available Shift Options: 4-day schedules available; 15% shift differential Target Pay Range: $20–$35/hr Set up and operate jig grinding machines to blueprint specifications Complete production paperwork, inspections, and daily equipment maintenance Maintain tools, gauges, and work areas in a clean and safe condition Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards Work within tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and support a high-mix machining environmentREQUIREMENTS Experience setting up and operating jig grinders or similar precision grinders Ability to read blueprints, job orders, and tolerance/finish requirements Strong understanding of precision grinding techniques Willingness to learn additional CNC skills Able to maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety protocolsInterested in hearing more?
