We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups.
  • Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication needs.
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board (SLPAB).
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
