Locum Nurse Practitioner

About The Position
A corrections facility is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
In Western WA, you can visit the iconic Space Needle in Seattle for panoramic views of the city and Puget Sound. Additionally, explore the lush landscapes of Olympic National Park with its diverse ecosystems, from temperate rainforests to rugged coastlines.
The schedule is Mon-Thurs 4, 10s or Mon-Fri 7a-5p. The facility uses paper dictation. Requirements include IM or FM, BLS, WA license, DEA, COVID vaccine, BE or BC. Procedures include injury, acute illness, follow ups, physicals, corrections, complicated chronic care patients/urgent care, and minor procedure. Cred time is 1-2 weeks. Prefers someone who has psych experience and is comfortable with sutures and injections.
