Position Overview:
Soliant Health is looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district in Franklin, MA, for the remainder of the school year. We are offering full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility for the right candidate. This role is an excellent opportunity to support students' development in motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities in a school setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services as part of students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assess students' needs and develop tailored therapy plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional tasks.
  • Implement therapy sessions in one-on-one and small group settings to support students' success in the classroom and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create an integrated approach to student development.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Massachusetts state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility for licensure.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time hours available for the remainder of the school year.
