Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Arthroplasty, in Lumberton, NC

UNC Health Orthopedics at Southeastern Health Park in Lumberton, NC seeks a Joint Arthroplasty Surgeon to join a growing group of surgeons providing specialty specific and general orthopedic care to southern North Carolina and northern South Carolina residents. The practice capitalizes on employment with UNC Physicians Network (UNCPN), a physician-led entity, and supports teaching medical students and residents.

HIGHLIGHTS

· Join a busy practice of 2 Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Surgeons and 3 APPs

· 70th%ile+ volume potential includes general orthopedics with a healthy mix of total joints

· UNC Health Southeastern offers a n ewly renovated $15 million dollar OR suite featuring the da Vinci® Xi

· Practice located in new Health Park with an ASC

· Practice hours Mon-Thur 8-5, Fri 8-12; general ortho call 1:4

REQUIREMENTS

  • Unrestricted MD/DO license in NC or eligible
  • BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Must meet criteria for medical staff credentials at UNC Health Southeastern
